I know, isn't it cool!!
I work for a marketing firm and we use Google Analytics for all of our clients. We also use it for the URL builder so we can track which links people are clicking - for example: is the link on the top right of the page getting more clicks than the one on the top left?
I do think that the interface should be a little friendlier, but knowing google, they'll keep noodling it until they get it down.
